Job Title

Finance controller

Main responsibilities

• Preparation yearly budget and Monthly     forecast;
  
• Analysis of deviation of the revenues,     costs and margins;
  
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and     yearly reporting package;
  
• Maintain monthly, quarterly and yearly budget, actual and forest in system;
  
• Commercial policy review, payment and tracking;
  
• Supervision and check analysis on special fleet     deals;
  

·              Monitor and update dealers’credit line daily;

• Internal     and External Audit Support;
  
• Support to local business;
  

Professionalexperience and skills

• 5 years of professional experience in     controlling or accounting area;
  
• Accuracy and compliance with deadlines;
  
• Natural team player with communication     skills;
  
• Problem solving attitude;
  
• SAP knowledge is a plus;
  
• Fluent in Spanish and English or Chinese is     a must;
