预约签证没有回应？

两次发Email到北京使馆去预约签证, 咋没有回应？

你是不是预约的格式没对啊 一定有问题 我是1月6号跟使馆E mail预约的 1月7号就给我回复了`:

      My name is (拼音名字)(中文名字).Here I'm going to tell you the my information about applying for visa as follows.My passport number is （护照号码） as well as my telephone number （电话号码） for contact .I want to apply for the visa of studying abroad .And possibly I will go to the embassy to hand over all the material related for studying in spain in （预约日期）.Best wishes!

这个是我的预约格式 我现在还郁闷呢 我发了一封信 使馆给我回了2封 一次是1月30日 一次是2月13日 我闷``
