今天收到使馆的回信如下，
Madam,
  Further to your e-mail dated August 27th. Please give us more details about your study in Spain: when starts, how long, etc. We are sorry to inform you that there are no appointments available before September 18th  2008.
  *please note that it will take one month approximately to process your application from the date you came to the Consulate
  And only the people with HUKOU in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Jiangxi and Anhui can apply for the visa in this consulate.

使馆是说你需要提供一些你在西班牙学习的细节，什么时候开始，要学多久

他们说9月18号之前的预约都满了，你只能申请9月18号之后的预约

他们还说你递材料之后他们可能需要一个月来受理

还有说户口在上海，浙江，江苏，江西，安慰的才去上海领区递签

这个是我的预约信（感谢george的帮助，嘿嘿），你可以参考一下

My class will start at Oct.6th. So is it possible to arrange ealier for the visa application or I will be late for the class.

你可以说I have received the offer from the university of complutense and the course will start on 6.OCT,然后你要把你的学习具体告诉他，I will study in the faculty of ........或者是the language school of ....,which will take ...years ,I am from ZHEJIANG province,,你读什么专业或语言学校要说清楚上面已给出，还有你已经过了预约期，如果人家按规矩走受理需要一个月，你肯定就错过开学了，所以你可以附加说明,I know I have missed the previous appointment, we can make a new one,considering the condition I cant wait a month for the process of  my application beacuse the new term will begin on 6,oct,I hope you can help me and shorten the time to process my application otherwise I will miss the time to go to school.If you have to process my application for a month, I accept your decision and go to school several days late. I appreciate your help,waiting for your apply.        我觉得你就是晚了也是一定要走的对吧，所以如果人家真的花一个人月去审批你就10月18号左右才能走了，如果你无所谓那么IF 后面的就可以不用说，我后面的意思是如果你们一定要花一个月处理我的材料，那么我接受并且晚去学校数天

我上面写的是在你进行新的预约前提下，如果你想说服他们破例给现在审你的材料，那你只能说能不能破例现在进行审核因为我6号就要开学，不过人家有人家办事的规矩怕能破例的机会很小，我建议你直接去使馆问人家更好

1.6# ：My class will start at Oct.6th
不是at，是on

2.10# ：my school will begin on 6 oct
Ryan本来前面说“the course will start on 6.OCT”，但是后面又写成school了。这里应该用course，因为不是并不是学校start、begin，而是“课程”。所以应该用course，而不要写成school。要不然看起来真的特别特别别扭。
