欧洲青年卡 European Youth Card EURO<26，西文 carne' joven，
是一种欧洲议会认可，官方支持，38国通用的折扣卡，
为了让居住在26岁以下的青年能积极利用文化活动，
交通设施，语言课程，旅游，文艺，等等多方面交流，提供折扣。

不限制是欧洲国籍，也不限制是学生，任何一个居住在欧洲的青年，都可以申请。
此卡在欧洲非常普遍，因为受到广泛的使用，在以下的国家，年限已经从26提升到30岁：
Andorra, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, The Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Malta, Moldova, The Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Spain (some regions), Sweden, Switzerland and Ukraine.

不是差不多，是一模一样！这是个整理贴，从原网上面找下来的，
西班牙各个自治区不同，所以各有差异。

29岁以下，有一种专门的卡，办卡的地点一样，但是用途不广。
另外怎么涨价了，我去年办的，有效期到一年，6欧啊。

办卡的地方一直都有两种青年卡，26以下和29以下，价钱一样，问题是29以下的那张卡买车票之类的不优惠

这青年卡有打折优惠的
当然要看什么地方的，
每个地方的打折都不一样，
LZ已经发了相关省份的网站，自己住在什么地方就点进去，里面都写明了什么店，旅馆，餐馆有什么打折的
火车票，汽车票都有打折的。
