can I complain la caixa for the staff forgot to tell me something

can I complain la caixa for the reason following:
three weeks before ,my family has sent me 1500 euros to transfer to my bank of LA CAIXA in spain ,but LA CAIXA refused the money for nothing or strange reason .

first time is for my bank is related to sensitive problem and back to china ,

second time is for nothing .

third time is for the turn of my name is not correct.

it has been three weeks that the staff was always telling me that the money was reaching ,was reaching ,just till yesterday the staff told me to give the copy of my password .

I want to know it's my responsibility,or because of the forgetting of the staff,for the reason above ,can I complain la caixa ,because now  I have 7 euro in my bank,but I can't take it out,my cash is 40 centimos more or less,and I don't think now I have enough money to pay the complaining to LA caixa.
