紧急求救读博士问题

本人最近联系到巴塞罗那自治大学博士职位，以下是教授写给我的信，不过看不大明白，还有他说的学历公证，研究生的我还没拿到学位，但他的时间很紧大约几天就截至了，请问我该怎么办呢？
一下就是那边教授给我的信：

I am writing to you in regards to the PhD position available in our research group. The financial support for the position comes from the Spanish Ministry of Science (http://wwwn.mec.es/ciencia/index.html).

We are sorry because there is no translation of the call to English. For you to know the requirements, conditions, and benefits of the grant, I have translated the main points of the call in a document that is attached.

We have received several applications and after considering all of them we think that your CV, knowledges, and interests are very appropriate for the position. We strongly invite you to apply for the position and we will support your candidacy, but the final decision about the elected candidate depends on the Spanish Ministry of Science.

To be eligible, you will need to fill in the application form of the grant, which you can find at the site

The needed documentation is:

- Photocopy of your passport
-Academic certificate in your language and in Spanish. You need to have an official translation of the academic certificate with the following information:

1. Maximum and minimum qualifications in your National Academic system. Minimum qualification to pass.
2. Date of the end of your degree (The Bachelor + Master).
3. Certification that the subjects that you have passed complete the degree, your qualifications, and the date that you have passed each of the degree subjects.

You need to fill in the application form, send it electronically, print it,?sign it, and turn it in at the nearest Spanish embassy. You will need the following data:

老板是在帮你申请奖学金啊 好像最近是快结束了 能申请下来的话好像有1000多点
要是一定需要这些材料的话 你肯定来不及了 去公证认证很麻烦的啊
我觉得现在能准备什么赶紧准备 按老板说的办
实在不行的也没有办法 先把本科的学位顶上去
