About the Role: As a Marketing Assistant for Huawei MobileServices, you will play a crucial role in building Marketing and Communicationsfor our B2B and B2C services to increase awareness in European Marketing andsupport Business teams to meet their targets. You will need to align with business teamsto plan and define content for the different marketing channels (PR, SocialMedia, Email Marketing) for both B2B and B2C audiences. This position is based in Madrid. Skills:
- Marketing Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to drive brand relevance, consistency and engagement across all touchpoints.
- Project Management: Solid project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor marketing and communication campaigns.
- Team Player: Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams, including creative, business, and product teams, to align marketing campaigns with brand messaging and business objectives
- Proactive: Enthusiastically take initiative. You are passionate about your work, eager to learn and grow, and committed to excellence.
- Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to identify challenges, develop solutions, and overcome obstacles
- Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
Knowledgeand Experience:
- Advanced proficiency in English reading and writing
- Experience in working in an international and fast-paced environment, like a tech or mobile manufacturing company; Marketing & Advertising Agency, or Start-up is a plus
- Good PPT skills
- Knowledge of Photoshop or other design tools is a plus
- Experience in content marketing for B2B and B2C campaigns is a plus
- A degree in Business Administration, Journalism, or Marketing is a plus
