We are looking for a skilled Campaign & Content Operation to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting AppGallery platform campaign and content operations.

Main responsibilities:
•        Campaign operations: Planning, Configuration, App Selection, TC, FAQ, and Monitoring, KPI analysis;
•        Customer service, VOC issues dealing, cooperating with Risk team, Customer service team;
•        Campaign physical prize management, shipping and follow up;
•        Cooperation with TR development team for campaign test and delivery;
•        Cooperation with Multilingual team for campaign file translation;
•        Cooperation with Design team for campaign design draft, H5 and assets delivery;
•        Cooperation with Ads team for CP vouchers related things;
•        AppGallery bi-weekly promo plan organizing;
•        Game VIP campaigns configuration.
Qualifications:
•        Experience in mobile app activities and promotions, particularly Android;
•        Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure;
•        Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
•        Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Additional Advantages:
•        Experience with digital marketing, advertising;
•        Experience in user retention projects;
•        Knowledge of PPS, mobile services;
