JobTitle: Ads Operations Specialist

【Work Responsibilities】

Responsiblefor ads review process and improvement in whole Europe

o   Reviewing ads on the pipeline, and approve or rejectbased on Huawei Ads policies,

o   Communicating with internal Ads teams, and suggest improvementin the tools

o   Assisting Customers Support requests and reviewingexternal account activation requests.

o   Training other colleagues, preparing trainingmaterials.

o   Generating basic reporting (from platform data, in Excelformat).

Support Ads business growth in EU:

o   Monitor Data performance of Petal Ads, point out the key issues, andpropose solutions to increase traffic monetization

o   Campaign Media plan creation, for the internal andexternal advertisers

【Job skill requirements】

We are looking for someone who has:

1. Greatattention to the details, ability to focus on the job and analyze thoroughlydifferent aspect of the ads (image, text and several other parameters).

2. Strongcollaborative skill with a “can do” attitude.

3. Confidencewith Office package, especially Excel.

Professionalknowledge requirements:

1. Formationand/or experience in Ads, e-Commerce or Marketing is preferred.

2. Goodlevel of English. Other languages are a plus.
