谁知道Mester这个语言学校,是不是要提前交学费?如果签证不过,退学费吗?退多少啊?

我问了,他的回答是:
The deposit is 150 euros and you have to pay the full amount for the course
in advance.....
If you do not get the VISA we will refund you the money except for the fee
we had to pay for the bank transfer and the certificate....
For more info read the following text about the VISA:

We can provide you with a certificate of studies but you must pay the total
amount when you send the registration form. The Spanish authorities force to
do it to the non European students before they are coming to Spain.

Once we receive your registration form and a copy of the payment, we will
send you a certificate of studies in order to get the visa at the Spanish
Embassy.

If you finally can not get the visa, we will refund the money except 75
euros like a administrative fees when we receive the original certificate of
studies

4 Should you decide to cancel your course registration and inform us 30 days before the start of the course, you have the right to the return of 50% of your deposit and 100% of the rest of the course payment.
After this date you would lose 100% of the deposit and we refund you 100% of the rest of the course payment.
Once the course has begun no quantity can be returned.
In the case that we have emitted certificates of study for the obtaining of official aids or visas of study for non European students, no quantity can be returned.

我对网页上的理解是,非欧洲学生是全部不退的..
好像和它给我邮件上的回复矛盾哦...
那拿什么做凭证呢?

如果只是150EURO，那么拒签会退75EURO及扣除银行手续费。前提是他们收到退回去的录取通知。

学费一般拒签都退的，哪有不退的，没道理啊。注册费一般都不会退

都是能商量的，以你和他们通信的内容为准。偶认为！！

DEPOSIT是注册费
这句话不难理解吧，超过期限的，你会损失全部注册费，剩下的费用我们将全部退还给你。。。

是啊,就是这句看不懂啊!看之前的都觉得很正常啊,退deposit,学费什么的,就是最后一句说非欧洲学生的时候晕了...

我是交了所有的学费,但学校寄来的资料是没有发票的,我发邮件问他们,他们都不回答的,我只能保留我的汇款单,万一签不成,希望以后能退到钱,不过我觉得这个学校还是做的不地道...总该给我个发票或是什么收据吧

这个学校还不错,我比较喜欢.
学校一般是要求中国的学生交全部的学费.但是你可以跟他讨价还价,坚持不交全部学费,只交注册费,这是有可能拿到学校的录取通知书的.
这个学校在西班牙几个地方都有分校,建议报8-9个学的课程,在每个不同的城市学习西班牙语,还是很有意思的.
