申请签证的疑问（sorry。不知道是哪种签证：访友？旅游？不是留学、不是工作）

我在马德里，在这边做半年访学，到明年的3月份。
    现在我有个问题要向大家咨询请教一下：）

    我想让我女朋友能到西班牙来玩一段时间，是办旅游签证吗？还是其他签证？我不了解，所以看看有没有谁在这方面能给我一些建议：）
    都需要准备一些什么材料？
    大概走一个什么样的流程？
    前后一共需要多少时间？想让她圣诞节过来，好像时间有点紧张
     呵呵，谢谢。。

    今天上午我去了一下Aluche那边的警察局，他们给了我一张办邀请信的表格和一张需要材料的清单（见后面）。我已经把清单翻译成英语了（当然是机器翻译的；），但是有几条（3、5、6）还是看不明白，能麻烦大家帮我看看吗？谢谢。。

    要是不办这里的邀请信，我女朋友能不能通过别的渠道过来，自助游啥的，都不了解，呵呵
    还有要是我女朋友过来了，她能去欧盟的其他申根国吗？能待多久啊？

西文清单：
1. Original y copia del D.N.I. o N.I.E. del invitante.
2. Fotocopia del pasaporte completo del invitado, compulsada por la embajada de su país.
3. Documento público que acredite el domicilio del invitado en su país (certificado de empadronamiento).
4. Respecto a la documentación acreditativa de disponibilidad de la vivienda, sólo uno de los tres documentos:
  - contrato de arrendamiento.
  - Escritura pública o título de propiedad
  - Certificación del registro de la propiedad.
5. Certificación municipal acreditativo del Nº de personas o que conviven en la vivienda.
6. Certificado o justificante del presidentge de la comunidad de propietarios a la que pertenece la vivienda destinada al alojamiento, especificando el número de personas que conviven en la misma.

De todo ello acompañar original y fotocopia.

3. Public document attesting to the home/ domicile of a guest in his country (certificate of registration).
4. Regarding the documentation of availability of housing, only one of three documents:
    - Contract of lease
    - Authentic or title deeds
    - Certification of the property register.
5. Certification Municipal No. evidence of people living in or housing.
5. Municipal certification supporting of the Nº of persons or that coexist in the housing.
6. Certificate or proof of presidentge the community of owners who belongs to the housing for accommodation, specifying the number people living in it.

Of all accompany original and photocopy.
