出去后登陆QQ和国内的网站要不要代理，国内的手机出去了可以用西的卡吗？银行卡是那个银行的好用便宜，在国内存钱出国后取的费率是多少？谢谢，请给以指点。

I found the mobilephone in Spain is quite cheap. I am regret to bring the mobilephone.
Now a company named Movistar sell his mobilephone with 79euros. And you could have a phone and 120euros in your accountant. I like it very much.

1.登录QQ不需要代理。
2.大部分的手机可以直接用西班牙的电话卡。
3.建议国内办的欧元卡出去只刷卡消费，还是带一部分欧元现金出去在西班牙开户，总是用得到的。
