如何解决和投诉这家巴塞罗那酒店的行为！

我是来是上海的旅游爱好者，目前因为办理法国签证，去法国西班牙等地玩，没想到，在booking上预订的这家酒店，可没想到在预订后，即刻全额扣款的，不能取消，就算取消也不退一丁点钱的，甚至也不肯修改入住时间，除非你到时去住，这个惨啊我，签证给拒签了，目前去不了了，损失274欧啊， 可酒店条款明明没说不可以修改时间的，就说

我也不是想让他们退钱，就是要修改时间从4月21号-26号5天，改到5月19号-23号，4天，主要目前准备再送签到西班牙使馆，但还没面签，只好到下个月，本来想如果有合适的人可以转出去是最好的，可没合适的，没法子啊，写了N多个信给酒店商量修改日期，可他们一个劲和我说取消条款，取消不退钱，可我知道啊，又不是让退钱，联系到最后吧，他们来了句we are sorry sir but is not posible to change dates for your reservation,in not refundable tax don?t changes possible，我可不是sir， 晕，可预订的条款里面，也没说已经付了钱的特价房间不可以更换啊
各位在西班牙的前辈，你们说，我该怎么办？时间也快到了实在不行我就274没了，还不能去住呢 ，你们看我可以投诉西班牙旅游局吗？可也不知道如何投诉啊

刚才和酒店以及booking联系后，得到的回复，竟然是，如果取消，或修改，或到时没去住，也不通知他们，他们还要再扣我钱，预订时全额扣去的钱，他们现在说这个是押金不退还，整个意思就是，除非我到时去住，不然横竖就是重复再扣全部的房间费用，前后2个274欧啊，可恶的酒店，简直是强盗啊 ，强烈BS他们啊！

这些房间有的时候是特价的,
就是不能取消也不能更改.
下次先确定你的行程再定购廉价房间.

话是这么说，可人家酒店在特价房间框框边上，是明明白白的写好先付钱不退也不可以做修改字样，那我预订了，也认可的，无话可说，但这家我预订的时候，在酒店页面上也没有不可以修改的条列啊，就一个NO REFUND 字样，但预订当天全额扣款的说明，却是隐藏在一个more informotion 的小框框里面，如果你不点开，是看不到的，也就是说他没有明示给你看，有陷阱之嫌呢，就算怪我自己没仔细看，可那个不可以修改，取消的条款可的确没有的，这个必须在预订后，来的确认信里面才会出现，可那时候也完了，钱也给扣了，这就说明一个霸王条款了啊，但不管怎呢说，再什么特价的房间，也可以修改吧，难道钱多付了，却连修改多不可以吗，可人家酒店多可以的呢，反正这家酒店很不地道，还取消，修改，no-show ,重复收钱呢，强烈BS这个强盗行为， 我也不是第一次在网上预订酒店，从没有遇到这样的酒店，是不是巴塞罗那的就这样呢？

要不然以前如何会去搞帝国主义,
去强占人家的土地, 搞殖民地, 搞黑奴.
这里的所有产品都带有欺骗的性质
电话合同, 银行贷款, 汽车保险....等等
很多条例都用小体字写的让你看不清, 好上当受骗嘛!

既然已经这样了, 只能被骗一次长一智.

现在也只能这样了，我横竖是去不成了，但想再次扣我钱，是没门的，第一次给他们骗进，怎么还有第二次呢

此类预订建议用VISA信用卡卡作信用担保而选择前台现金支付，这样在规定的入住时间之前，酒店是无权从你的卡里划钱的。只有当预订人没有按时入住并且没有在规定的时间（BOOKING的是在预订入住日期的前24小时）提出更改日期或取消预订时，酒店才有权从你用作担保的信用卡里扣除全额（不能包括服务费和小费）的预订金额。
我有一次也是在BOOKING预订了罗马的酒店，而后因Ryanair航班延误无法入住且无法通知酒店，被扣去了43欧元，呜呜呜呜呜呜。。。。。。
