Sorry that now I am in a cibercoffee internet and I cannot write in Chinese for the moment because of the computer. I am going to answer you in English.
Now the law about foreigners in Spain is very strict. It is true that you need marriage certification to get residence card, so you have to wait for the formal registration to supply this.
I advise you to get married in Hongkong and you'd better leave here before the expiration of your visa. The period of transmits can be one year more or less ( I only kown the case of the marriage between spanish and Chinese from the mainland of China. Maybe your case canbe different because you are from Hongkong). You can come here easily with your passport so you don't need to wait this in Hongkong. In this case, you would only waste a little more money in the airticket but avoid anykind of legal problem.
Another choice is stay here ilegally for two years to wait to get married. But I don't think it is a good idea.
thank you so much for your answer.a lot a lot thanks,,,
In the case you have lived here for 2 years (no matter legally or not), if you can demonstrate this period ("empadronamiento" or something like this), can be considered that you have the condition about two-years living, which means that you could get married here wihout any problem.
