大家好，本人申请的是荷兰马斯特里赫特酒店管理学院，和巴塞罗那的拉蒙鲁尔大学合办的，我要办两个国家的签证，这是西班牙发给我的：
At your Nearest Spanish embassy, you will need to apply for a ¨VISADO DE ESTUDIANTE, LETTER D¨ (student Visa, letter D).
Standard documentation includes the following:
Original and copy of your passport
Original and copy of your visa application
3 photographs
Letter of matriculation of the university, with details of the study period( you have received this letter with your admissions notification from TSI Admissions Office)
Medical certificate
Payment of fees
Letter assuring that you can cover costs while you are in Spain, photocopies if you have any financial aid or grants
请问前辈们：
1、visa application 是我去大使要吗？学校没有发给我表格
2、照片是自己照还是到大驶馆旁边去照？
3、Medical certificate 是健康证明？是不是找当地的一个医院去体检就可以了，有没有什么特殊要求？
4、Letter assuring that you can cover costs while you are in Spain, photocopies if you have any financial aid or grants 这个如果我是贷款的话，应该怎么办理这个证明呢？
我在成都，是不是直接去北京办理呢?
