申请work permit,请求帮助

即将去西班牙博后，收到研究所来信说申请work permit需要以下文件，不知各位前辈是否有办理过这两样材料的，烦请指点，多谢
-Duly stamped copy of the valid Passport (all pages) at the Spanish Embassy or Consulate of your countryy/city of residence.
-Duly stamped certificate of studies by the Spanish Embassy or Consulate of your countryy/city of residence. It has to show, clearly the degree (bachelor or Phd).
