Our clients are international agencies orcorporate clients from all over the world. Due to an unprecedented growth ofthe Chinese market our China department is rapidly expanding and we are lookingfor a Chinese Project Manager to manage & develop our Chinese business inSpain.

The Role

You will work closely with clients, building strongrelationships that enable you to understand their

needs, interpret briefs and deliver innovative andengaging corporate events. As Chinese Event Project

Manager your role will include:

·        Sourcing anddeveloping new Chinese business in Spain through a variety of channels

·        Client liaison thatinspires faith and trust in the delivery.

·        Creating flawlessevent & tour proposals including cost estimates & budgets

·        Planning andexecuting travel & event programs

·        Sourcing andnegotiating with providers in Spain

·        Travelling toevents across Spain   

Profile required

·        Demonstratedexperience of the travel & MICE industry in Spain related to the Chinesemarket with a track record in sales, marketing & project managements

·        Passion forbusiness development

·        Languages: NativeMandarin Chinese & Fluent Spanish (English an advantage)

·        Personal contactswithin the Chinese market highly desirable

·        Confident andproactive team member with interpersonal skills

·        Able to work onmultiple projects simultaneously prioritizing a heavy workload  

·        Strongadministrative, organizational & time management skills

·         Strong computer skills and essential softwarepackages including Excel and Word.

·        Problem solving, decision making and analytical skills able to workindependently

Desde nuestra oficina organizamos eventos corporativos en el sector MICE (Meetings, Incentives, and Congresses & Events) en toda España. El Puesto
El Project Manager trabajará en estrecho contacto con nuestros clientes desarrollando fuertes relaciones de negocios que permitan conocer sus necesidades y proporcionar eventos corporativos y programas turísticos atractivos e innovadores. Como Project Manager del mercado Chino el puesto incluirá las siguientes funciones:

•        Desarrollar el mercado chino MICE en España
•        Reforzar relaciones con clientes
•        Creación de propuestas MICE y turísticas incluyendo cotizaciones y manejo de presupuestos
•        Planea y ejecutar programas MICE
•        Negociación con proveedores
•        Viajar a eventos en toda España
  
Perfil requerido
•        Experiencia demostrable en el sector MICE en España en el mercado chino con una historial en ventas, marketing y manejo de proyectos
•        Pasión para desarrollo de negocios
•        Idiomas: Nativo Chino mandarín, Español fluido (ingles es una ventaja)
•        Contactos personales en el mercado chino muy deseable
•        Trabajo en equipo y calidades interpersonales, carácter decisivo
•        Capacidad de trabajar en proyectos múltiples paralelamente con capacidad de priorizar
•        Habilidades administrativas y organizativas
•        Muy buenas habilidades informáticas y conocimiento paquete office
•        Resolución de problemas y capacidad de trabajar de manera independiente
