Account Manager, Global Premium Marketing
POSITION SUMMARY
The Account Manager, Global Premium Marketing (International) is responsible for assisting the Executive Manager, Global Premium Marketing in customer development and customer retention for the VIP market. Account Manager, Global Premium Marketing assists to organize marketing trips for the department and participates in events and promotions for Urkalia Group. Account Manager, Global Premium Marketing works closely with the VIP Services team in ensuring that a high standard of guest relations is provided to all VIP patrons, in accordance with established service standards.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Promotes VIP services and products for premium customers of Urkalia Group.
Retains VIP customers and increases loyalty by serving as their personal contact and ensuring excellent customer service is delivered.
Keeps abreast with the latest information regarding Urkalia Group's VIP Customer Memberships, Loyalty Programmes and all other promotions.
Liaises with the VIP Services team to ensure that VIP customers experience a remarkable visit.
Ensures that VIP customer programmes are established, marketed and implemented in an efficient manner.
Meets and greets VIP customers when needed.
Leads familiarisation tours within Urkalia Group for both internal and external customers.
Knowledgeable of events happening inside the property and around Spain.
Performs other administrative tasks or projects as assigned by the Executive Manager, Global Premium Marketing.
Complies with all relevant local and corporate laws, rules & regulations, policies and procedures at all times.
Recommends and/or executes management policies to hire, transfer, suspend, layoff, recall, discharge, re-assign, or discipline employees.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Customer Service Experience Skills / Competencies Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills and presentation. Excellent organisational and time management skills Have leadership skills in customer service.
Other Attributes Possesses the following traits - Flexibility, approachable, exemplifies integrity, enthusiastic, highly motivated, organized, cooperative, efficient, has a sense of humour, pays attention to detail.
