Visual Designer Job Description

Responsibilities:

1.      Responsible for the planning,design, implementation and maintenance of the company's overall visual designproject.

2.      Design the overall visual ofbusiness and products, including web pages, H5, online and offline publicizepromotion materials.

3.      Actively communicate with themarketing and business operation teams, promote visual design concepts andideas, develop design projects based on visual guideline, track theimplementation, and promote the implementation of design solutions to achievedesign objectives.

4.      Participate in the development ofmarketing plans, and provide support for daily operation activities andfunction maintenance, design publicize materials;

5.      Stay up-to-date with the latestdesign trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve our designprocesses and outputs.

6.      Ensure consistency and attentionto detail across all design projects, from concept to final implementation.

7.      Assist in the creation ofmarketing materials, including social media graphics, banners, and promotionalcontent.

8.      Requirements:

9.      Bachelor’s degree in VisualDesign, Graphic Design, or a related field. High proficiency in English.

10.   At least 1 year experience as aVisual Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range ofdesign work.

11.   Proficiency in design softwaresuch as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects orPremiere), or similar tools.

12.   Strong understanding of visualhierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout design.

13.   Excellent communication skills andthe ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.

14.   A keen eye for detail and apassion for creating visually engaging designs.

15.   Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

16.    Experience with motion graphicsand video editing tools is a plus.
