As the Customer serviceOperations Specialist, you will be working with a truly dynamic team. Theideal candidate will work closely with our Customer service team to improve ourinternal processes and providing valuable feedback on product performance. Main responsibilities: Track un-closure cases and follow up to closed
- Diligently follow up with customers, especially when an issue cannot complex be resolved quickly and provide update throughout resolution process. Develop improvement actions in a timely manner, coordinate related departments to solve problems, and close the issue in a timely manner;
- Monitor ongoing customer interactions, ensuring customer needs are being met and services are aligned.
- Review the data collected from VOC tools to modify it with the right classify, to keep the tool improve classification accuracy.
TOP common issue identify and follow up
- Identify common top issues, analyze root causes, and develop improvement plans until they all closed.
Track un-closure cases and follow up to closed
- Track the consumers’ cases that have not closed, and follow up until all closed
- Improve the service process and satisfaction based on voice of consumers
Timely collect andanalysis the voice of consumers, which are used to improve service process andoverall satisfaction Requirements:
- Familiar with working in a multi-culture environment with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in office software applications, Word and Excel.
- Able to manage a diverse workload.
- Able to make sound judgments, while understanding and balancing the needs of the customer as well as the needs of the company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively prepare written documentation in a clear and concise style
- Good English proficiency plus a strong relevant native language (relevant to supporting site, exp. Chinese, French, Germany, Polish, Turkish are preferred)
- Strong knowledge in consumer technology product groups such as software, knowledgebase.
- Minimum 2 years working experience and 1 year relevant experience in similar background
