Ads Operation Specialist (Go-to-China Project)
We are growing our Ads Operations team rapidly and are looking for great people to join the exciting world of Mobile Ads. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic hands-on Ads Operation Specialist.
OVERVIEW:
We are looking to hire a full time Ads Operation Specialist in our Madrid office. The primary work of the department is to bring leading European advertising clients into the Chinese market, helping them increase brand awareness and user acquisition in China Market, through assisting clients with marketing campaigns in Petal Ads platform (Huawei Ads platform). Ads Operation Specialists are responsible for managing project process, preparing campaign release materials, making campaign optimizations and data analysis for multiple clients within a team environment. You will work with ads ops team members and cross functional groups to address and resolve all ads ops issues in a timely manner. You will also work very closely with client. Contacts on a regular basis to ensure that insertion orders and instructions are clearly understood, creatives are tested and approved. To make sure all campaign deliverables are being met and guarantee campaign performance reach to clients’ KPI.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for KA Advertiser’s campaign performance and annual consumption in Huawei Ads platform, which is regarded as net revenue contribution to department.
• Perform all duties of ads operations including trafficking, troubleshooting, campaign optimizations and reporting
• Effectively communicate status of campaigns, technical issues, launch, delays and delivery issues, etc. to client contacts
• Perform quality assurance, checks and debug issues with campaigns to ensure that line items and creative have been set up correctly and delivered across all platforms and devices
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance
• Assist with documenting, updating and maintaining traffic and work-flow procedures for client accounts
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and address ideas to improve the ads ops process
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Studies in the fields of marketing, advertising, media, communication or similar.
• 0~2 years of professional experience in marketing department or media house is preferred.
• Excellent data analytical skills including proficiency in MS Excel (MUST HAVE). Knowledge of other analytical tools is an asset;
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• BA/BS degree preferred
• Language: Chinese speaking and writing (Must have), English
