Customer service Operations Specialist (Madrid)
Our vision for our future Customer service Operations Specialist will play a key role in the success of the business, ensuring that our customer receive the best possible experience.
As the Customer service Operations Specialist, you will be working with a truly dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Customer service team to improve our internal processes and providing valuable feedback on product performance.
Main responsibilities:
Track un-closure cases and follow up to closed
• Diligently follow up with customers, especially when an issue cannot complex be resolved quickly and provide update throughout resolution process. Develop improvement actions in a timely manner, coordinate related departments to solve problems, and close the issue in a timely manner;
• Monitor ongoing customer interactions, ensuring customer needs are being met and services are aligned.
• Review the data collected from VOC tools to modify it with the right classify, to keep the tool improve classification accuracy.
TOP common issue identify and follow up
• Identify common top issues, analyze root causes, and develop improvement plans until they all closed.
Track un-closure cases and follow up to closed
• Track the consumers’ cases that have not closed, and follow up until all closed
• Improve the service process and satisfaction based on voice of consumers
Timely collect and analysis the voice of consumers, which are used to improve service process and overall satisfaction
Requirements:
• Familiar with working in a multi-culture environment with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in office software applications, Word and Excel.
• Able to manage a diverse workload.
• Able to make sound judgments, while understanding and balancing the needs of the customer as well as the needs of the company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively prepare written documentation in a clear and concise style
• Good English proficiency, and a second language is preferred (relevant to supporting site, exp. Chinese, French, Germany, Polish, Turkish are preferred), but not mandatory.
• Similar experience, for example: Customer Support, Admin Support or online teaching / training.
