One of the branches is in Spain. Now we are hiring a Customs specialist.
[Main Responsibilities]
1. To help us apply for the company's customs license and check the process(representante aduanero owner).
2. To help us build up the customs team and provide operational guidance.
3. Helps the company to deal with customs compliance and regulations.
4. Creation of import customs clearance instructions identifying potential improvement areas and developing strategies to mitigate risks associated with cross-border trade. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including customs officers, trade partners, and other government agencies to gather insights and data for risk analysis.
5. Developing risk assessment models and tools to evaluate the likelihood and impact of various risk factors on customs operations.
6. Implementing risk management protocols and procedures to streamline customs processes and enhance compliance with regulatory requirements.
7. Developing a customs risk management guidebook and/or manual.
8. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of risk management initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
