多位知情人士透露，国家食品药品监督管理局副局长张敬礼近日被双规，张敬礼被双规的原因目前尚无法确定。

该消息已经在药监系统内部小范围传播。

张敬礼最后一次出现在公开的新闻报道中，是在2010年4月，张敬礼到广西壮族自治区视察食品药品监管工作。  

国家药监局网站上，张敬礼的相关资料仍然在列。资料显示，在郑筱萸担任局长时期的2003年，张敬礼就已担任国家药监局副局长。

该网站内容显示，该局共有四位副局长，张敬礼排在第一位。张敬礼1955年6月出生，安徽砀山人，1970年12月参加工作，中共党员，工商管理硕士，中央党校研究生学历。曾任解放军总后勤部卫生部助理员；解放军总后勤部卫生部保健和计划生育局副局长、局长；2003年10月起任国家食品药品监督管理局副局长、党组成员。

记者就张敬礼的消息向国家药监局新闻发言人颜江瑛求证，颜表示她无法确认该消息的真伪，并建议记者向其他部门求证。

药监风暴

此前，国家药监局药品注册司生物制品处调研员卫良等五名药监局官员已被批捕。

卫良是在2009年12月份被中纪委双规，此后卫良被很快带到北京昌平区关押起来，知情人士透露，卫良的受贿金额不过百万左右。

与卫良一起被双规的还有国家药监局药品认证管理中心孔繁忠，中国药品生物制品检定所祁自柏、白坚石、陈继廷等人员。

更早之前的2003年，张敬礼开始担任国家药监局副局长，此时在位的国家药监局局长是郑筱萸。

2007年5月，郑筱萸以受贿罪被死刑，这是迄今为止，药监系统被判处死刑的最高级别官员。

法院指控郑筱萸在1997年中至2006年年底担任国家药监局局长等职务期间，审批八家药厂的药品和医疗器械过程中，受贿649万多元人民币。2001年到2003年，擅自降低审批药品标准，其后被揭发部分药厂虚报药品资料，其中六种是假药。

郑筱萸在任内大力推行GMP认证，通过GMP认证，大大提高了国内药品生产企业的生产水平，进而也提高了药品质量。郑筱萸在任内的铁腕政策大大改善了国家药品监督管理局成立之前的药品市场的混乱局面，但是这也成了腐败的根源。

当时，包括郑筱萸在内的一批药监系统官员落马，史称药监风暴。

Until we saw the family of patient whose treatment was delayed caused the hospital trouble, we found we were fooled. Within 26 days, in addition to pay a thousand dollars of drugs every day, my mother faced dying. My mother was discharged back to Shandong, when she had an investigation, a high degree of viral replication mutation was found, and then she swallowed her anger death soon because of the treatment delayed,
