1、外包劳工管理：管理外包劳工供应商（包括新供应商开发、定期加成率审查与谈判、考勤管理、账单审核与支付等）。
1、Outsourcing Labor Vendor Management：Manage outsourcing labor vendors (including new vendor sourcing, periodical markup review and negotiation, time & attendance management, bill review and processing, etc.).
2、人才招聘与入职管理：监督小时工及正式员工的招聘流程，确保新员工招聘、入职和培训的及时性，以满足公司的人才需求。
2、Talent Acquisition & Onboarding：Oversee the talent acquisition process for hourly and salaried hires, ensuring that recruiting, new hire onboarding, and orientation meet the company's staffing needs in a timely manner.
3、组织目标对齐：与仓库管理团队合作，确保人力资源战略和举措与组织目标保持一致。
3、HR Strategy Alignment：Partner with the warehouse leadership team to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
4、绩效管理：参与绩效目标制定、绩效评估，管理绩效改进计划，并奖励优秀员工。
4、Performance Management：Take part in objectives setting, performance discussions, managing performance improvement, and recognizing high performance.

1、学历要求：本科及以上学历。

2、工作经验：具备仓库劳动力管理经验优先，熟悉外包劳工供应商管理，并具备谈判能力。
Work Experience：Prior experience in warehouse labor management is preferred; candidates should be familiar with managing outsourced labor suppliers and possess strong negotiation skills.
3、人力资源相关经验，有物流行业 HR 经验者优先。
3、HR-related experience (HR experience in logistics setting is highly preferred).
4、技能要求：具备良好的人际沟通、谈判能力、团队协作能力及供应商管理技能。
4、Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, collaboration, and vendor management skills required.
5、熟练使用办公软件（如 Word、Excel、PPT 等）和相关管理工具。
