在这里我说一点　什么配合　什么协调　这些东西必须从球员自身做起　球性我觉得最重要　我们大家必须先从球感做起　什么练配合　教大家怎么防守　什么进攻　这些东西都是以后的事　现在这里的大家对球动控制不住　还谈什么战术问题

其实我们的毛病从一开始就很明显了，球员的基本功普遍很差，说得尖锐些，有一半的球员连基本的停，带，穿都做不好。这样还谈什么配合，谈什么位置呢？足球不是靠一个热情就能够有好成绩，能够赢球的。足球需要技术，体力和整体的配合。我们的当务之急不是要和人比赛，这样每周末不停的比，一点作用都体现不出来的。我们需要训练，基本功差的连基本功，有基础的可以打打传接配合，找位置感。

说到点子上了.要组织大家训练,从基本功练起.

没有基本功的话，其他都是白谈，一支球队，中间有1，2个人较薄弱的话，就很容易给别人抓漏洞，我们现在是半数的球员基本功很差，等于是在以少打多，再加上守门员又这么差，只要人家打到球门框里面的就进球，能不大比分落败吗？以目前的状况来说，参加联系的结果就是一场不胜。虽然说重在参与，但是怎么样也要注意一下自己的形象吧。
