今天发了封邮件到西班牙驻广州领事馆，询问何时可以在广州办理签证，领馆的效率还行，给我回复的内容如下：
Dear Sir/Madam,

The Visa Section of this Consulate General of Spain in Guangzhou will probably start operating in October. The requirements for visa application will be uploaded to our website in a few weeks. Meanwhile you are kindly requested to check the website of the Consulate General of Spain in Beijing ( www.maec.es/consulados/pekin ) for visa application form and visa requirement downloads.
Our Visa Section appointment email address (cog.canton.vis@maec.es) is already operative but will also start answering and sending appointments in October.

现在还未确定具体10月多少号广州领事馆开始受理签证，在此之前福建户口的西班牙签证还是在北京签。

福建、广东、广西、云南、海南、贵州、湖南持有这7个省份户口的人就可以在广州领事馆办理签证。
