由于2011年的政策发生了较大的变更，不仅加入了保险还对你学习目的的变更加强了审查，致使很多学生遭拒，一方面说明了移民政策的收紧，一方面也是督促我们要努力的学习！PS:如果能够通过学校办理的话，还是通过学校，保险+快捷+方便，例如UAB的IWP，那里也卖保险大概 78.52欧一年，非常便宜，是ACE Europe and ?MNIBUS GROUP， 记住，我们需要的保险是： Health insurance ，如果你在中国有保险了，那么需要你翻译成西班牙语，尤其是保额，还需要公证！！
首先上需求材料，变化不大，为了帖子完整性，还是附上
1. Residence tax: The TAX must be paid before presenting the renewal application and a copy must be provided of the receipt of payment along with the other documentation. Paying the tax does not automatically imply that renewal has been granted but it is not possible to favourably resolve the application unless it can be shown that the corresponding fees have been paid. 2. Official Form Ex-11 (original + 1 photocopy) THE FORMS MUST BE TYPED. HANDWRITTEN FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you have problems downloading this link, you can find the document at the bottom of this page. 需要打上去，不要手填的，不过你手填好像也没事，但是最好机打。

4. Photocopy of your Student Residence Card (front and back)
5. Certified copy of your enrolment application, and receipt of payment or document accrediting you are a grant holder (You can ask for a copy of the bank transfer; if you are a master's or doctoral student, you may ask for a receipt of payment at the Graduate School Administration Office).
6. One passport-size photo（这个去按手印的时候，如果你是自己送的，就要拿2张，之前送材料不需要）
7. Certified photocopy of last year's academic transcript if applicable, or a letter from the thesis tutor or director in the case of research projects and doctoral theses.（本科，硕士就是考试成绩，做科研的就是导师的信，和注册单一样子，去找小秘要好了）
8.If you have changed your residence, you must present the up-to-date Certificate of census Registration, or you can provide instead The Authorization for consultation to the data validation system (sheet 115).（如果你更换了住宿地址，需要到时候附上新的，这个要去你所在正攵府开立，各地区正攵府的具体地址可以再 www.bcn.cat 查询
9. Economic means. You must demonstrate that you have the economic means to continue living in Spain. For this, you must present an official document issued by a financial institution with offices in Spain. The amount of money at your disposal must be specified in Euros and the document has a maximum validity of 10 natural days. You can do this in three ways:这个是这样子的，你需要你账户里面至少3000欧，不能低于，其他的就是你有奖学金，或者合同证明每月有人给你钱！
Option1: Extract of Spanish Bank or Savings Bank account showing movement over the last six months on official paper and carrying the stamp of the bank. This document should show your name as the account holder and a minimum balance of ?1,500 (with an average of ?650 a month).
Option 2: Extract of Spanish Bank or Savings Bank account on official paper and carrying the stamp of the bank. This document should show your name as the account holder and a minimum balance of ?3,000
Option 3: Official grant recognised in the European Union, specifying the monthly amount to be received in Euros.
Option 4: Grant or financial support from country of origin. This should be validated by the Spanish Consulate or Embassy in the country of origin, specifying the monthly amount to be received in Euros.
10. Photocopy of the medical insurance policy that covers illness and accidents during the whole stay in Spain as well as the medical expenses and repatriation. If this document is from outside of European Union it has to be in Spanish, specifying the amount in Euro and it has to be legalized by the Spanish Consulate in the country of origin（这个就是保险了，每个银行还有单独的保险公司都有，大家用西班牙语搜索下，比较个价格便宜的买了）
小贴士：
学校送的我就不废话了，给那些自己送材料的，一定要注意
1.提前1个月预约，在你居留过期前一定要交上去材料，就算材料不全，他会让你补，而不要材料齐全，却居留过期！！！
2.现在要提前缴费申请居留更改，大概16欧，还要网上下载表格，具体流程看：

3.现在必须要持有预约信才能去提交材料，尽管没有人按照预约时间，但是必须要拿这个进门证，一般等待时间为1-2小时，建议同学们赶早，要么下雨天，人少，具体预约打印方式参见

5.按手印地方：没有变化，只是改为一进门的右手，现在人性了点，你可以再车库里排队，等待叫号-换号，进屋，第一次拿号在车库口，有个拿号机，如果人多，先要在门口排队了。地址还是 C/BOSCH ,做到地铁L5 DIAGONAL，出来时C/BALMES,向TIBITABO山方向走，过DIAGONAL大街，走VIA AGUSTA，看到左手边有个TOUS饰品店就到了，具体地图参见：
6.取居留的地方，发生了变化：原来在上边那个地址现在发生了变化，要去，C/MALLORCA 213,不过也非常的近，你做L5还是上面口出来，相反方向走就到了，具体参见地图：
7.现在如果你的居留通过后，不再需要等待收到按手印的信，直接去查询的网站下载你通过审查的那张纸，就好了，带上护照，居留，2张照片，那张打印的纸就好了，通过的字眼是：RESUELTO-FAVORABLE，按完手印后，需要交付10.20欧的费用，等待20天去拿居留就好了 |
