Job summary: The Service Team of Huawei Terminals Spain is looking for a Service Specialist to provide administrative support to all after-sales activities related to devices sold in Spain market (handsets, mobile broadband, CPE,…): spare parts planning and delivery, customer and partner invoicing control, reporting, DOA and repair management. Main Responsibilities: 1) Contact HQ in China to ensure spare parts support to service center. 2) Spare parts inventory control. 3) Audit and payment of labor fee to service center monthly. 4) Manage all the process for invoicing with operator (handling fee, out of warranty repairs, penalties). 5) Support Service Manager on other issues when needed (reporting, emergency issues). Requirements: 1) Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in University or equivalent. Preferably Business Administration, Accounting or similar. 2) 2-3 years work experience. 3) Chinese as a mother tongue. 4) Proficient in Spanish and English languages.
5) Driving license. 6) Available for short trips inside Spain (maximum 2 days/month). 7) Methodic person, able to take the control of repetitive tasks with high level of detail. Achieves results under pressure and can achieve deadlines independently without supervision. 8)Willing to join a multi-national company and co-work inside a team of Chinese and Spanish colleagues. |
