Key Responsibilities
1. Take charge of HR compliance management,participate in HR compliance risk identification and assessment, riskmitigation, and compliance, and assist in the development and operation of HRcompliance policies and processes.
2. Support the deployment and implementation ofHR compliance management in overseas subsidiaries; design, release, implement,and evaluate regulations on visa, compensation, benefits, allowances, and laborcontracts in each country.
3. Develop compliance capabilities in the HRdomain, including policies, tools, business processes, data planning,execution/monitoring, and lifecycle management.
4. Gain insight into the industry's policies andpractices in compliance management, workforce management, and compensation andbenefits management, and continuously optimize the company's compliancemanagement operations.
Skills and Experience
2+ years of experience as HR in a multinational IT or digital industryorganization.
·Relevant degree or diploma, major in human resources and law preferred,familiar with labor law laws and regulations
·Experience in corporate compliance management, or experience in the design ofcompensation and benefits systems and solutions is preferred.
·Process/project operation capability: Be able to independently operate HRprocesses/projects.
·Communication and professional influence: Strong interpersonal communicationskills, expressive skills (verbal and written), and organizational coordinationskills;
