Responsibility: Thisrole is responsiblefor Business Development & Sales of Huawei Advertising platformwith European companies in ChinaRegion, with a clear focus on relevant eco-systemdevelopment & Ad revenue growth. This role will manage the partner development HuaweiAds platform that will serve advertisement over HUAWEI Mobile Services andthird party App Partners & Networks, within HUAWEI devices in China, whereHuawei hold the top #1 device market share position, with over 530 MillionMonthly Active Users (MAU). Huawei Ads is a First Party Data, Mobile Ads &CTV Ads platform, focus on App Growth, programmatic display ads and Search Ads. - Developand manage european partnerships interested in advertising / marketing in China,including Media Agencies and Direct advertisers. - Analyze, research and evaluatethe different verticals and categories of advertisers with interest in Chinamarket, such as: FMCG, Tourism/ Travel, Sports, and others. - Manage the day to daycommunication with partners, being the BD/ Sales owner of end – to- end projectfrom prospect to campaign delivery, in coordination with the differentstakeholders involved (Legal, Finance, Operation, etc.) - Coordinate with the EU AdsLeader and other BDs on a regular basis in the EU Ads weekly/ biweeklymeetings, monitoring progress, issues and assisting with problem solving to theAds BU EU manager. - Align with Ads Operation teamon the key accounts by vertical, build and share successful new partners onboard and continuously be up to date with the latest Huawei Ads product updates - Make data driven decisions,and use in a daily basis the internal platforms for partner onboarding, datareports, etc. Background and previous experience 1. Bachelordegree or above 2. 5+ year experience in the advertisement industry,especiallyin mobile advertisement domain 3. Englishlanguage professional level (Other European local languages will be a plus,such as French, German or Portuguese) 4. Salesor Business Development past experience, with effective Sales mindset andcustomer lifecycle management. 5. Officeskills: be able to master office software skills, specially Excel file andPowerpoint. Advanced knowledge of Excel means possessing the ability to usespreadsheets, graphing, tables, calculations, and automation efficiently toprocess large quantities of data relevant to business tasks. Advanced knowledgeof Powerpoint means the ability to explain and show complex information in asimple, easy way to understand it. 6. Deep understanding of the European local marketfor consumer digital services, mobile usage behavior, Social Media trends, andadvertisement trends (including CTV and others). 7. Good relationship with local suppliers inadvertisement value chain (Europe). Past Partnership/ Account Managementexperience is required, with proven examples. 8. Strong communication skills & rich experienceon partner engagement and influencing. 9. Self-motivated, creative and good team work,willing to take on challenges. 10. Curiosityabout new knowledge, ability of continuous learning, positive mindset andstrong sense of responsibility. Knoweledge of China market or any relatedexperience with China region will be a plus.
