Your Mission: We are seeking an Account Manager to work closely with our clients, international partners, and development team. Your mission is to manage and nurture client relationships while ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a business background and a keen interest in client relationship management and data analysis. You will be instrumental in solving challenges and providing exceptional service.
Although this position is not technical, an interest in Tech, ECommerce, and Startups is essential to excel in this role.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain daily communication with clients
- Solve operational and basic technical issues for clients
- Check providers’ performance daily and work with them to offer clients a good and stable service
- Building knowledge of our system, providers, and clients
- Assist in creating/updating online documents
- Take ownership of client accounts
Response to various requests from the clients and provide better and quicker client support - Use data analysis skills to monitor account status and take necessary reaction
- Introduce our new products to clients and work with different teams to make the deal
- According to clients' status and requirements, plan to proactively build a stronger relationship, and generate more income

- Ability to speak fluent Mandarin
- Experience working with Fintech or iGaming products.
- Can read and write Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese or Korean
