关于使馆回信

早上给使馆发了一个信，是想取消暂时的预约

但是使馆给我回了一个信，好象是警告什么的，不知道究竟是什么意思？
有谁能帮我看看么，多谢拉

下面的这个地址<cog.pekin.vis@mae.es>会过滤不重要的错误~= =不懂虾米~

警告：信息还没送出，4个小时以后~会持续试着传送直到4天之后~

这个是使馆的回复么！？！？怎么这么奇怪哦？？？？: : :
