如果多次去西班牙CAIXA银行取钱未果，被无故扣款140欧元，最后才告诉我需要
护照，可以投诉他们么

三个星期前，家人从国内汇款给我在西班牙CAIXA银行汇款1500欧，但是当时第一
次汇款被拒绝，原因是敏感问题，第二次不明原因，第三次是名字出错，期间的
这三次每次退款，我均被收取了40欧元左右的退款费用，之前的银行职员一直告

诉我，会到的会到的，但是直到三个星期后的今天，银行的人通知我说是由于我

护照复印件没有上传，而之前给我的答复一直是一定，会到的，会到的，但是这

三个星期由于没有收到款项造成了我很多不便。

诸如这种原因我是否可以像西班牙 LA CAIXA银行提起上诉要求赔付损失。感谢中

can I complain la caixa for they have forgot to tell me that needing

the data of copying passport what is not telling me three week before

untill yesterday
can I complain la caixa for the reason following:
three weeks before ,my family has sent me 1500 euros to transfer to my

bank of LA CAIXA in spain ,but LA CAIXA refused the money for nothing

or strange reason .

first time is for my bank is related to sensitive problem and back to

china ,

second time is for nothing .

third time is for the turn of my name is not correct.

it has been three weeks that the staff was always telling me that the

money was reaching ,was reaching ,just till yesterday the staff told me

to give the copy of my password .

I want to know it's my responsibility,or because of the forgetting of

the staff,for the reason above ,can I complain la caixa ,because now  I

have 7 euro in my bank,but I can't take it out,my cash is 40 centimos

more or less,and I don't think now I have enough money to pay the

complaining to LA caixa.

puedo quejar al banco de LA CAIXA de la razon que ellos han olvidado

que me recordaba que necesitaba la fotocopia de mi pasaporte desde tres
semanas antes y hasta ayer me dijo de eso .

tres semanas antes mi familia me ha enviado alguno dinero a traferir a

mi banco LA CAIXA de CHINA,pero tres semanas ,yo he preguntando for

siete o ocho veces ,siempre los empleados me respondaba que llegara

llegara llegara ,luego me iba a casa ,hasta ayer una empleada me dijo

que falta la foto copia de mi pasaporte ,dios mio ,tres semana ha

respondadome sin responsabilidad? y hasta ayer dios los recordaba?
cuando mi familia me enviado dinero ,LA CAIXA tambien rechaza a recibir
mi dinero por tres razones intersantes .

primera vez:problma sensible

secunda vez:sin razon

tercera vez: nombre de mi turno y las tres veces ,cada vez me gasta 45

euros , pero aqui solo por la razon muy facil que es olvidando la

fotocopia de mi pasaporte.

quiero quejar al banco de LA CAIXA pero ahora no tengo nada pero dos

elecciones ,muerto o uno voluntario/a ayudarme a quejar al banco de LA

CAIXA ,es mi culpa y respondabilidad a dar mi dato de mi pasaporte o

respondabilidad de los empleados a olvidar a decirme?

por la razon arriba ,quiero saber si puedo quejar al banco de LA CAIXA
